Community Partners was officially launched October 22, 2010.

The Hon. Ron Liepert, Alberta Minister of Energy, along with representatives of the oil and gas industry trade associations and some companies, participated in the launch in Calgary.  He pledges his department's support of the Community Partners Program in the Alberta launch of the program.

At the event, industry partners introduced Community Partners and representatives who signed on to the program. From left to right are David Yager, Chairman, President and CEO, HSE Integrated; John Gorman, Vice President – Canada, Halliburton Group Canada; Everett Stewart, President, Doran Stewart Oilfield Services.

The Community Partners collateral material was also showcased, including the one-minute music video posted at www.communitypartners.ca/employee-tools and on YouTube.
